Exale Brewing is expanding, and we’re looking for passionate, experienced individuals to join us at our brand-new venue in Dalston. Featuring a huge beer garden, games room, and karaoke lounge, this is set to be one of East London’s most vibrant spots.

We’re Hiring: Social Media & Events Manager (Part-Time, 12-16 hrs/week, £20/hr)
We’re looking for a creative, organised, and hands-on person to manage our social media presence across our 4 East London pubs and help bring our events to life! This role is perfect for someone who loves digital storytelling, creating engaging video content, and coordinating exciting activities that bring people together.
What you’ll do:
Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms
Plan, create, and post engaging content that aligns with our brand
Be on-site in the evenings to capture and create high-quality video content (behind-the-scenes, live coverage, reels, stories, TikToks)
Organise and support events - from planning and promotion to on-the-day coordination
Bring new event and campaign ideas to the table (e.g. seasonal campaigns, themed events, Q&As, competitions)
Post real-time updates to showcase events and drive engagement
Track performance and provide insights to improve reach & impact
Hours & Pay:
Part-time, Approx 12-16 hours per week
£20 per hour
Includes evening on-site work for events and content creation
We’re looking for someone who:
Has proven experience managing social media channels
Is confident in creating and editing short-form video content
Is organised and comfortable helping plan and run events
Brings fresh ideas, energy, and creativity to every project
Is reliable, flexible, and passionate about connecting with people both online and in person
